· ROCHE rachète le solde du capital de GENETCH à 95 USD l’action pour un montant total de près de 47 mrds de USD.
· DELHAIZE : résultats ok pour 2008 et perspectives encourageantes pour 2009 : croissance de 0 à 3% de l’EBIT (résultat d’exploitation après amortissements).
· AEGON : perte de 1,1 mrds d’EUR en 2008 (en ligne). La société a déclaré ne pas avoir de problèmes de liquidités ni de solvabilités à ce stade.
· LIECHTENSTEIN : la Principauté serait prêt à des concessions dans le cadre de la polémique sur les paradis fiscaux.
· Le VIX (indice de volatilité des actions américaines) toujours pas sous la barre des «40» à 43.6. L’or est stable à 912.4 USD l’once et le pétrole (BRENT CRUDE SPOT) est en fort recul à 41.6 USD. Le USD en léger retrait face à l’EUR à 1.275. Le spread CMS 10-2 ans à 1.38. Les CMS 5 ans est à 2.751 et le 3 ans à 2.30.
