Obama exige davantage d'efforts de GM et CHRYSLER

·         Toujours de fortes gelées nocturnes mais soleil en journée: DJ -3.3%, S&P500 -3.5%, NASDAQ -2.8%, NIKKEI -1.5% et EUROSTOXX -5.1% et en rebonds de 1,5 % en ce moment.

·         Semaine chargée : publication de l’indice immobilier des grandes villes US (Case-Shiller), confiance des consommateurs et confiance des directeurs d’achat (PMI) seront publiés cette semaine, Réunion de la BCE (baisse de 50 pb attendue), réunion du G20 (avec sans doute peu d’annonces fracassantes)

·         AUTOMOBILE US : Obama exige davantage d’efforts (2 mois de délai) de la part de GM et donne 1 mois supplémentaire à CHRYSLER pour finaliser un accord avec FIAT. On ne peut exclure l’option chapter 11 à ce niveau.

·         Le total des sommes mises en jeux (injection de cash, prêts et garanties) par l’Etat américain et la FED atteint pratiquement 13 mille milliards de USD, soit près de l’équivalent du PIB du pays.

·         Le VIX (indice de volatilité des actions américaines) remonte à 45.5. L’or est en baisse à 920 USD l’once et le pétrole (BRENT CRUDE SPOT) est baisse à 47.5 USD. Le USD est stable face à l’EUR à 1.33. Le spread CMS 10-2 ans est à 1.57. Les CMS 5 ans est à 2.682 et le 3 ans à 2.145
