Spéculation: intervention de la BCE pour vendre l'euro pour protéger les exportateurs?

·       Petite pause aux USA après 5 jours de gains: DJIA -0.52%, S&P -0.83%, NSDQ -0.93%. Les financiers dans l'indice S&P perd 2.9% : un analyste de Calyon Securities recommande ce secteur à la vente.

·       L'achat de Sun Microsystems par IBM pourrait s'effondre : les actions Sun chutent 23%.

·       Les « earnings reports » pour le premier trimestre 2009 commencent cette semaine avec Alcoa Inc, suivi par Dow Chemical.

·       L'Asie aussi plus bas : Nikkei -0.28%, Hang Seng -0.46%. Pas de changement pour la Bank of Japan, le taux directeur reste à 0.1%.

·       Le prix du baril baisse un peu, $51.38 : on revient sur le sentiment qu'une récession longue aura un impacte négatif sur la demande.

·       L'or remonte ($878). Sa baisse récente a attiré des acheteurs.

·       La banque centrale Australienne a baissé son taux directeur moins que prévu : -0.25% à la place de -0.5%. On est maintenant à 3% (plus bas depuis 49 ans).

·       € plus faible contre $, 1.3362. On spécule que la BCE pourrait intervenir et vendre l'euro pour protéger les exportateurs.

·       VIX repasse au dessus de la barrière de 40.

·       10-2yr spread 158bps. 5yr CMS @ 2.90%, 3yr @ 2.39%

·       L'Europe assez "flat" ce matin. Les futures aux USA sont négatifs.
