ECB : la baisse de 0.25% a surpris tout le monde

·         Persistance d'un optimisme modéré à la veille des résultats du Q1. DJ +2.8%, S&P500 +2.9%, NASDAQ +3.3%, NIKKEI +0.3% et EUROSTOXX +5.7% et en baisse de 0.3% en ce moment.

·         G20 : accord (de principe ?) et en tout cas belle unanimité qui est de nature à rassurer les marchés. On verra ce que ça donnera dans le concret

·         US : la FASB (Financial Accounting Standards' Board) a décidé de donner aux banques plus de libertés en matière de valorisation des bilans mark to market. On ne connaît pas trop les détails mais on ne peut exclure des reprises de provisions assez rapidement en fonction des marges de manœuvre. C'est en tout cas une bonne nouvelle pour le secteur financier.

·         ECB : baisse de 0.25%, qui a surpris tout le monde. Mr Trichet est le nouvel Hitchcock de la finance européenne.

·         Pétrole : net rebond hier

·         Le VIX (indice de volatilité des actions américaines) baisse légèrement à 42. L'or est en baisse à 906.5 USD l'once et le pétrole (BRENT CRUDE SPOT) est forte hausse à 52.7 USD. Le USD remonte un peu à l'EUR à 1.343. Le spread CMS 10-2 ans est à 1.57. Les CMS 5 ans est à 2.822 et le 3 ans à 2.338.
