5.1 millions d'emplois ont été perdus depuis Dec07

·       Les bourses aux USA terminent la semaine en hausse (DJIA +0.50%, S&P +0.97%, NSDQ +1.20) malgré des chiffres inquiétants concernant le marché de l'emploi aux USA : l'économie a perdu 667000 emplois sur le mois de Mars et le taux de chômage est monté à 8.5% (plus haut depuis 1983). Depuis Dec07, 5.1 millions d'emplois ont été perdus.

·       Pour la première fois depuis Janvier, l'indice VIX a clôturé sous la barrière de 40 (39.70 précisément).

·       Les bourses ans Asie aussi en hausse : Nikkei +1.24%, Hang Seng +2.76%. Les actions HSBC montent de 2.9% : la société a bien réussi son émission des droits, récoltant $17.7 milliards.

·       Le YEN a son plus bas depuis 5 mois contre $ et € : bonne nouvelle pour les exportateurs Japonais.

·       Le prix du baril au-dessus de $53 : les investisseurs retrouvent un appétit pour les commodities.

·       Le prix de l'or continue sa baisse ($878) : -5% en 3 jours. Moins d'intérêt pour ce métal en tant que valeur refuge suite à la montée des actions.

·       € restent stable vs $ @ 1.3520. On se focalise pour le moment sur la différentiel des taux. Le fait que la BCE n'a baissé que 0.25% la semaine passée semble être assez positif pour l'euro.

·       10-2 yr spread @154bps. CMS 5yr @ 2.92%, CMS 3yr @ 2.44

·       Ca démarre fort ce matin: DJ €stoxx50 +1.4%.
